Shipping in Canada

Your order will be delivered within 24 to 72 business hours from the shipping date. Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $9.99 within the province of Quebec, except for orders of $99 or more.

• Additional shipping fees may be charged to the customer for certain remote areas in Quebec. If applicable, we will contact you to let you know.

Shipping fees and transportation taxes are non-refundable.

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us by the carrier, you will be responsible for the shipping fees and taxes so that we can resend your order.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available free of charge. The return policy applies from the purchase date, not the pickup date. See the general return conditions. Your order will be processed within 24 hours. Please wait for your order confirmation email or a phone call before coming to the store.
