Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at boutique@amispourlavie.ca. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 197 Notre-Dame Street East, Unit 4, Victoriaville, Quebec, G6P 4A2, Canada.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that a fee of $10 plus taxes applies to each return request.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear, socks, tights, bath bombs, and other accessories. All clothing sold at more than 30% off is final sale. As a result, these items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
