Kids' fleece and sweatshirts are the most versatile warm layer in the wardrobe, from birth to the teen years. You'll find styles for babies from 0 to 24 months, kids from 2 to 8 years and juniors from 8 to 16 years, for both girls and boys.
Fleece is a lightweight, breathable synthetic fabric that dries quickly. It stays warm even when slightly damp, which makes it the ideal mid-layer under a spring or fall jacket or a snowsuit, whether for recess, the park or outdoor adventures. Sweatshirt fleece is usually made from a cotton-polyester blend with a brushed interior. It focuses on softness against the skin and everyday comfort, at school and at home.
